Today’s ‘farthest away order goes to Germany’s Ramstein AFB FD and their Class ‘A’ collar brass order. Apparently, the desire for quality collar brass knows no bounds.

FD cap devices are not all the same.

Standardizing a department’s cap devices is mostly a function of choosing a company that doesn’t make all its decisions around the cheapest price. Most cheap cap devices are stamped out.  The Lighthouse Uniform Company cap device is die cast.
